By accessing or using RateMyPub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RateMyPub is a platform that allows trailer music composers to anonymously rate and review music publishers they have worked with. Publishers may claim and manage their profiles. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account as a composer or publisher. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Composer accounts must be verified by an administrator before submitting ratings through the dashboard. Verification requires providing identifying information such as your name, social media profiles, or website.

4. User Content

By submitting ratings, comments, or other content, you represent that:

• You have personal experience working with the publisher you are rating
• Your content is truthful and reflects your honest experience
• Your content does not contain defamation, personal names of individuals, vulgar language, or false accusations
• Negative feedback includes constructive detail about what went wrong and what could be improved

All comments are subject to moderation and review before being published. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit ratings for publishers you have not worked with
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
• Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or company
• Attempt to circumvent the verification or moderation systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Publisher Profiles

Publishers may claim their profiles by providing verifiable proof of ownership. Claimed profiles allow publishers to manage their information and respond to composer feedback. Publisher responses are not moderated and are published immediately.

7. Disclaimer

Ratings and comments on RateMyPub reflect the personal opinions of individual composers. Composers are not verified to have worked with the publishers they are reviewing. The Service does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any rating or comment.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

RateMyPub and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reputational harm based on user-submitted content.

9. Content Removal

If you believe content on the Service violates these terms or is factually incorrect, you may flag it for review or contact us at contact@dyaudiomx.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
